Stewardship & Recognition

Establishing an endowed scholarship creates a lasting legacy at Duke and a lasting connection to the students your philanthropy supports. Once an endowed fund reaches its minimum funding level and begins generating distributions, Duke provides information about the value of the fund and the impact of your support. Financial aid endowment donors also receive information about scholarship recipients and may have opportunities to connect with students through university events and other stewardship experiences.

Donors may also be eligible for recognition through Duke giving societies based on their overall giving.
